2. Data we process
From the “Join the pilot” form:
- Identity and contact: name and work email.
- Professional: company website, organisation type and company size (optional).
- Preferences: your marketing consent (optional) and language.
- Source: campaign parameters (UTM) and entry channel, for example an event booth.
- Security data: IP address and browser signals, processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are human.
- Consent record: the date, time and version of the text you accepted.
From the contact form:
- Contact: your name, email and the message you write to us.
We do not ask for special-category data. The form is meant for professionals aged 18 or over.
3. Purposes

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to brandos@caastor.co or using any unsubscribe link we send. Doing so does not affect processing that happened before.
4. Retention
We keep your data for the length of the pilot and up to 12 months after it ends, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only what applicable law requires and then delete it.
5. Recipients and processors
- Supabase Inc.: database hosting.
- Resend: email delivery.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: web hosting and Turnstile bot protection.
They process data on our instructions under data-processing terms. Contact brandos@caastor.co for details of current processors and safeguards.
6. International transfers
Mottanomics LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates, and some providers are based in other countries or may access data from there. Where data moves internationally, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. You can ask us for details at brandos@caastor.co.
7. Storage on your device
If the form cannot be sent because you are offline, your request is saved temporarily in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) and deleted once it is sent. See the Cookie policy.
8. Your rights
Write to brandos@caastor.co with the subject “Data protection”. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to confirm it. We will reply within one month where applicable law requires it, and in any case without undue delay. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the competent data protection authority in your place of residence or the UAE.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, restricted database access and bot protection.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version with its date. If the changes are significant, we will let you know.
